Attendance at Royal Flush Gala events is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and over. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the door. Any person found to be under 18 will be refused entry without refund.
Royal Flush Gala is a ticketed entertainment event. All gaming activities use fun chips with no real monetary value. No real money gambling takes place at our events. We operate in full compliance with Victorian and Australian entertainment regulations. Royal Flush Gala is not a licensed gambling operator.
As payment is collected at the door, cancellations require no financial action. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event. Failure to notify does not incur a charge but helps us manage capacity.
Smart-casual to black tie attire is required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who: (a) does not meet the dress code; (b) is intoxicated; (c) behaves in an antisocial manner; (d) cannot provide valid ID confirming age 18+.
Royal Flush Gala accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property during events unless caused by our direct negligence. Guests attend at their own risk.
By attending, you consent to photography and video recording at the event, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify staff upon arrival.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
